Shipping

  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    We ship with DHL, Post, and UPS. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Normally you will receive your order within 14 working days. 


Returns

  • Can I return an item?
    Yes, we offer a 30-day open purchase policy from the date you receive the item. Items must be in their original condition (this do not apply for any costume items). 
  • How do I return an item?

Order Cancellation

  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at malin@safegroup.cc.


VAT

  • Is VAT included in the price?
    VAT is not included in the price, unless otherwise stated. Please contact malin@safegroup.cc for further information. 


Order Not Delivered

  • What if my order hasn’t arrived?
    If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us at malin@safegroup.cc.

Open Purchase Policy

  • What is your open purchase policy?
    We offer a 30-day open purchase period from the day you receive your items, but this does not count for any costume items (personal logo etc.).

  • How do I track my order?
    You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.


Right of Withdrawal

  • How do I withdraw from my purchase?
    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact malin@safegroup.cc to initiate the process. Items must be unused and in their original condition.


Complaints

  • What if there’s a problem with my item?
