What shipping methods do you offer and how much does shipping costs?

We ship with DHL, Post and UPS. You can select your preffered shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. Shipping is free for orders above €1000.

When will I receive my order?

Normally you will recieve your order within 14 working days.

Can I return an item and how?

Yes, we offer a 30-day open purchase policy from the date you receive the item. Items must be in their original condition (this do not apply for any costume items). Contact us at malin@safegroup.cc for the return process. Return shipping fees may apply.
